The Agent Yair provided a contract for rental and helped with getting a telephone and internet. He is flexible with appointments and cooperative with payments (when you are a foreigner you might not get all money (agency fee, disposal, first rent) at once out of the ATM, so you have to give it piece by peace). He made me feel welcomed in Jerusalem and I am glad I found a beautiful apartment through him.
